Frequently Asked Questions About Riyada Store's Exchange and Return Policy:

If the product you received is damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in the same condition you received it in, with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will refund the paid value of the product along with any shipping fees paid within one week from the date of your return request.

In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition as you received it, with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount paid as long as the return was made within 14 days.

There are certain situations where we cannot support returns:

  1. If the return is requested outside the specified timeframe of 14 days, or 30 days for defective or non-compliant products, from the date of receipt.
  2. If the product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition you received it in.
  3. Defective products covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  4. Any consumable product that has been used or installed.
  5. Products with a tampered or fake serial number.
  6. Anything missing from the package you received, including price tags, labels, original packaging, free accessories, and extras.

If you change your mind before receiving your product, simply contact us to cancel your order, and we will refund the amount paid along with any applicable shipping fees. If you wish to return the product after receiving it, you have up to 14 days to return it, subject to the rules mentioned below:

  1. The product must not be on the “Non-Returnable Products” list.
  2. The product must not be a clearance item clearly marked as non-returnable.
  3. Only products whose "retail merchandise packaging" has never been opened (sealed/unsealed box) and still have their original seal can be returned.

Non-returnable products are:

  1. Products that are clearance items and are explicitly stated as non-returnable.
  2. When the offer notes specifically state that the product cannot be returned.
  3. Any consumable products that have been used or installed cannot be returned, as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Law and its implementing regulations, and in the Non-Returnable Products section.
  • Usually, a shipping company representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested the return.
  • Currently, you will not be able to contact the shipping company directly. However, once the shipping company representative contacts you to pick up the item, you can provide them with your preferred time.
  • There may be situations where you were unable to return products within 14 days, and in these cases, please contact our customer service team at (01014124297) or through our "Facebook" page to file a complaint. Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis. However, all returns accepted according to consumer protection laws must adhere to the specified period.
  • If you paid by electronic means (credit card or debit card), the payment will be refunded to your card. The refund may take 48 hours to 30 days to appear on your card statement, depending on how long the bank takes to process it.
  • If you paid by "Cash on Delivery" service, the refund will be issued by transferring the balance to your personal bank account or through any money transfer methods such as Vodafone Cash or Egypt Post.
  • The product can be exchanged or replaced with another, taking into account the price difference between the returned item and the new product. Shipping fees will be added to the new product if the original shipping was free.
  • We only accept product returns if they are in their unopened original box or packaging with all labels and barcodes intact, but in this case, please check with customer service at 01026484211
  • Currently, the product can only be returned to us via one of our shipping partners.
  • You can return the product for free within 14 days, and within 30 days for defective or non-compliant products, from the date of delivery, as Reyadah Store covers all shipping fees.
  • Once a return request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label/shipping policy will be sent to you via email to ensure free product return.
